This portable self-contained 28 litre eye wash is engineered to provide reliable emergency flushing where a fixed installation isn’t feasible. Featuring a robust stainless steel cylinder with a substantial 28 litre capacity, this unit delivers a continuous flow of water at a minimum of 1.5 litres per minute for approximately 15 minutes to help irrigate eyes following exposure to hazardous substances. Activation is via a simple push plate that releases protective dust covers from the aerated diffuser nozzles to ensure effective washing action when needed. The clearly visible operating instructions on the cylinder make it easy for users to respond quickly in an emergency. For expanded capability, an optional Optiflex hand-held eye, face and body shower can be fitted for decontamination of minor body contamination. Its portable, self-contained design means no plumbing is required, making it ideal for temporary sites, isolated work areas, or facilities where space or water supply limitations make fixed eye/face wash stations impractical.
